Magnesium granules are injected into hot metal to remove sulphur in steelmaking and foundry operations, typically in combination with lime.
CHM screens granules to the tight size bands required by injection lances, and can supply passivated material for safer handling and storage.
Finer powders are supplied for Grignard reagent synthesis, chemical reduction and specialty applications.
